School inclusion and belonging is a hugely complex area, but is also hugely important to support flourishing and best outcomes. I specialise in making this complex topic simple and manageable, so that inclusive practice can be easily embedded into everyday procedures and practices. I also support those who work with schools to consider their own inclusive practice and to consider how best to support inclusion in schools. I use collaborative and positive psychological approaches to support schools and partner organisations to identify and build upon their current strengths, skills, and resources. This supports development of a shared and hopeful vision for the future.

I am the creator of the BASE Model of inclusive practice. This provides a simple, evidence-based and user friendly one-page framework for schools and partner organisations to use to help inform their thinking around inclusion. I use positive psychology approaches to support implementation of the BASE model in a manageable and positive way, bespoke to the needs of the school or organisation.

I provide tailored CPD to support your school, team, or organisation to develop their understanding of inclusion and belonging in schools, and to support action planning and implementation of strategies.

I bring together multiple agencies to facilitate collaborative working and to overcome differences of opinion. I support large organisations to develop a clear and shared vision of inclusion and inclusive practice.

I support the development and evaluation of whole-school policies, practices and procedures to enhance ongoing inclusive practice. I also support schools, academy trusts and partner organisations to identify and build upon organisational values.
